AN ORDINANCE relating to the staDdard specifications
for Public Works in the City of Bremerton and amending
section 1 of ordinance number 2742.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That section 1 of ordinance number 2742 is
hereby amended to read as follows:
Section 1. It is hereby adopted as the Standard Specifi-
cations for Public Works in the City of Bremerton, that
certain document presently on file with the City Clerk of
the City of Bremerton, being marked and designated as
"Standard Sepcifications for Municipal Public Works Con-
struction'', (Current Edition), prepared and published by
the Washington State Chapter of the American Public Works
Association, including all supplements and appendices
thereto; is hereby adopted as the standard specifications
for Public Works in the City of Bremerton.
APPROVED on first reading this ~L2~ day of J~ ~ 1982.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton, signed
by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of
such passage this 2nd day of FEBRUARY, 1982.
