AN ORDINANCE amending Ordinance NO. 3215
relating to amendment of the use and. area
maps of Ordinance No. 1792, (Timm Heydel)
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1: Ordinance No. 3215, Section 1 is
amended to read as follows:
That the use and area maps of Ordinance
No. 1792, be and thev hereby are, amended
in conformity with Title IV, Chapter 1
thereof as follows:
That portion of the Northeast
~uarter of the Northeast cuarter
of Section 11, mownshiD 24 North,
Range 1 East, W.M., in Kitsa~
County, Washington described as
follows: Beginning 30 feet West
and 1186 feet North of the South-
east corner of said subdivision;
thence West 100 feet: thence
North 84 feet; thence West 54
feet; thence North 50 feet; thence
East 154 feet; thence South 134
feet to the Point of Becinning.
be and the same hereby is reclassified from
Residential-One (R-l) (non-conforming use)
to Business-One (B-i) subject to the following
restrictions:
1. That the development site shall be limited
to a single office building as shown on a site
plan to be provided bv the property owner
and approved by the City Council.
2. That the uses of the office be limited to
professional business not including retail or
wholesale transactions whether they are consummated
on site or off site.
3. No stock-in-trade shall be stored on the site.
4. No additional buildings or building additions
which increase cubical content, shall be developed
on the site.
APPROVED by the City Commissioners on the first reading
