ensure provisions concerning adjustments of
volumetric charges based on irrigation usage
of metered water are consistent with Ordinance
3700 and Ordinance
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN:
SECTION 1. Deletion of Words Indicating that Irrigation
Volume Adjustment Applies Only to O & M Charges.
Ordinance 3824, ~ 1.D.1, is amended to read:
1. OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE CHARGES AND
RATES.
a. The minimum monthly charge for operation
and maintenance shall be as follows:

Multi-family 0.53/Account

The minimum monthly charge for residential
customers includes 200 cubic feet of
wastewater per residential unit.
b. The volumetric rate for operation and
maintenance shall be as follows:

Single family 0.54/HCF
Multi-family 0.54/HCF
Commercial 1 0.54/HCF
Commercial 2 0.85/HCF

Jackson Park Rate defined in service contract

For residential customers the volumetric
rate shall be applied to metered water in
excess of 200 cubic feet Der month Der

SECTION 2. Addition of Provision Allowing Irrigation Volume
Adjustments in Operation and Maintenance and Capital Charges for
Certain Uses.
Ordinance No. 3824, §1, is amended to add:
