AN ORDINANCE amending Ordinance No. 36?0,
Section 1, relating to gambling tax rates for bingo.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN:
SECTION 1:
Ordinance No. 36?0, Section 1, is amended to read as
follows:
Bingo, in the amount of the gross receipts
therefrom, less the amount of money paid in
cash and paid for merchandise, actually
awarded as prizes during the year, multiplied
by the rate of five per cent (5%) for the first
$10,000.00 of such receipts received during the
year and ten per cent (10%) of any receipts over
$10,000.00.
APPROVED by the City Council on the first reading this
