Ordinance No. 3575 regarding minimum water rates.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN:
SECTION 1.
Ordinance No. 3802 pertaining to minimum water rates is
hereby repealed.
SECTION 2.
Ordinance No. 3575 is hereby amended as follows:
A. Section 6 of ~Ordinance 3575 is hereby repealed.
B. Section 2 of Ordinance 3575 is hereby amended to
read as follows:
Unless otherwise specified in writing by the
mayor or his designee stating ~he reasons
therefor, the water rates for meters of sizes
below indicated and used in supplying water
shall be as follows and computed to the
nearest amount ending in zero or five.
(a) Domestic water rates within the city
limits shall be bi-monthly as follows:

In addition to the bi-monthly meter service
charge, a commodity charge of .0069 dollars
per cubic foot shall be made for all water
metered.
(b) Minimum water rates outside the city
limits are one hundred fity percent of the
rates established within the city limits.
(c) The rate for a fractional month shall be
computed by the accounting department in such
a manner as to be equitable and fair to both
the consumer and the water department.
