AN ORDINANCE amending Ordinance No. 3529 to
increase the penalty upon conviction for theft.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN:
SECTION 1.
Section 3(b) of Ordinance No. 3529 is hereby amended
as follows:
(b) Any person convicted of theft under this
section is guilty of a misdemeanor and shall
be punished by a fine of up to $500.00, or
imprisonment in the city jail for 90 days, or
both such fine and imprisonment.
APPROVED by the City Council on the first reading this
