AN ORDINANCE amending the use and area ma _
of Ordinance No. 1792, upon application for
rezone from R-2 to B-2, and subject to
various requirements and other applicable
laws and regulations. (Diamond Parking)
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN:
SECTION 1: That the use and area maps of Ordinance
No. 1792, are'hereby amended in conformity with Title IV, Chapter
I thereof, as follows:
Subject Prgperty:
Lots 35 - 40, Block 22, Town of Bremerton,
according to plat recorded in Volume 2 of
Plats, page 30, records of Kitsap County, WA.
BE AND THE SAME HEREBY is reclassified from Residential 2 (R-2)
to a Business 2 (B-2), subject to the following conditions:
SECTION 2:
A. This rezone is subject to the various requirements
contained in the Bremerton Area Plan, the Bremerton Zoning
Ordinance, the Uniform Building Code and other applicable laws
and regulations. It is the responsibility of the developer to
assure compliance with the applicable provisions contained
herein.
B. This site shall be developed essentially the same
as the site plan labeled Exhibit "B" except as modified to meet
conditions of approval listed herein. Any changes, revisions or
additions which constitute a significant departure from the
approved site plan shall require approval of the Planning
Commission, subject to appeal to the City Council within ten (10)
calendar days.

SECTION 3:
Prior to issuance of an occupancy permit approval shall
have been granted by responsible City departments for a site plan
which includes the following modifications:
A. A stormdrain plan to include all properties
contiguous to the subject site which are owned or leased by the
applicant. Construction of all or a portion of such storm drain
facilities shall take place at such time as determined by the
City Engineer.
B. Revision of the parking layout to meet Engineering
Department requirements.
C. Limitation of access to two driveways onto Fourth
Street, including reconstruction of curb and gutter where
necessary, and alley access to Chester and Warren as approved by
the Engineering and Police/Traffic Departments.
The developer shall comply with all the above
conditions.
APPROVED by the City Council on the first reading
this ~ day of April, 1983.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of
Bremerton, Washington, signed by the Mayor and attested by the
City Clerk in authentication of such passage this _~_ day of
