AN ORDINANCE amending the use and area
maps of Ordinance No. 1792, upon
application for rezone from R-2 to B-2,
and subject to various requirements and
other applicable laws and regulations.

THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN:
SECTION 1: That the use and area maps of Ordinance No.
1792, are hereby amended in conformity with Title IV, Chapter I
thereof, as follows:
Subject Property:
Lot 9, and the West 10 feet of Lot 10,
Buffington and McGillivrae Central Addition to
Bremerton, according to Plat in Volume 4 of
Plats, page 77, records of Kitsap County.
BE AND THE SAME HEREBY IS reclassified from Residential 2 (R-2) to
Business 2 (B-2), subject to the following conditions:
SECTION 2: That the following requirements and other
applicable laws and regulations shall apply to the property
rezoned by this ordinance, and Ordinance No. 1792:
1. This rezone is subject to the various
requirements contained in the Bremerton Area Plan,
the Bremerton Zoning Ordinance, the Uniform
Building Code and other applicable laws and
regulations. It is the responsibility of the
developer to assure compliance with the applicable
provisions contained therein.
2. The site plan shall be developed
essentially the same as the site plan labeled
Exhibit "B" except as modified to meet conditions
of approval listed herein. Any changes, revisions
or additions which constitute a significant
departure from the approved site plan shall
require approval of the Planning Commission,
subject to appeal to the City Council within ten
(10) calendar days.
3. Uses allowed at the site shall be
restricted to the following:
a. The proposed print shop without on-site
customer service;
b. Business and professional services;
c. Uses allowed in Residential-Two zones.
4. Parking shall be provided adjacent to the
site as arranged for by Statutory Warranty Deed
recorded 12/29/80 with Kitsap County.
5. An occupancy permit shall be required for
any change in use to assure that the above requirements
are met.

PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton,
Washington, signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in
authentication of such passage this ~ day of~ 1983.
