Section 2, Article XI(B) pertaining to
public nuisances.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN:
SECTION 1: Dismantled, Inoperative or Wrecked Vehicle
Constitutes a Public Nuisance.
Ordinance No. 3529, Section 2 (part) Article XI(B) (13)
is amended to read as follows:
The existence or maintenance on the premises of
wrecked , dismantled, inoperative or abandoned
automobiles, trucks, trailers, house trailers,
boats, tractors or other vehicle or machinery
of any kind or of any major parts thereof.
SECTION 2: Definition of Wrecked or Inoperative Vehicle.
Ordinance No. 3529, Section 2 (part) Article XI(A) is
amended to read as follows:
"Wrecked, dismantled or inoperative vehicle, boat or
machinery means the remnant or remains of a vehicle,
boat or machinery which is inoperative and cannot be
made mechanically operative without the addition of
vital parts or mechanisms and the application of a
substantial amount of labor to effect repairs."
APPROVED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton
