AN ORDINANCE amending Ordinance No. 3529 to
provide specific penalties for the offense
of Consumption of Liquor by Minor.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN:
SECTION 1:
(A) It is unlawful for any person under the age of
twenty-one years to acquire in any manner, consume
or have in his possession any intoxicating liquor
except in the case of liquor given or permitted to
be given to a person under the age of twenty-one
years by his parent or guardian and which shall be
consumed in the presence or premises of the parent
or guardian or administered to him by his physician
or dentist for medical purposes of used in connection
with religious services.
(B) Any person convicted of Consumption of Liquor by
Minor under this section is guilty of a misdemeanor
and shall be punished by a fine not to exceed Five
Hundred Dollars ($500.00).

on the first reading this ~ day of March, 1983.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton,
signed by the Mayor and attested to by the City Clerk in
authentication of such passage this ~ day of March, 1983.
