AN ORDINANCE amending Ordinance No. 3746 to
define penalties for animal license infractions
which are not contested.
SECTION 1: Amendment
Section 14 of Ordinance No. 3746 is hereby amended to
read as follows:
Section 14: Violations -- Penalty
Any person who violates any provision of this
ordinance shall incur a civil penalty. The penalty
for any violation shall be as set forth in Ordinance
No. 3745, Section 10.
Sections 11, 12, 13, 14, 15 and 16 of Ordinance
No. 3745 shall also apply to this ordinance.
The penalty for a first time animal licensing
violation as defined by Section 2 and which is not
contested pursuant to Section 13(B) of Ordinance
No. 3?45, shall be Twenty Five Dollars ($25.00). The
penalty for a second or subsequent offense, which is
not contested, shall be Fifty Dollars ($50.00).
APPROVED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton on
the first reading this 2 day of March, 1983.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton,
signed by the Mayor and attested to by the City Clerk in authenti-
cation of such passage this 9 day of March, 1983.
