AN ORDINANCE amending Ordinance No. 3529,
§VIII, F, to prohibit carrying a pistol in a
tavern.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN:
SECTION 1: Section VIII, F of Ordinance No. 3529 shall be
amended to read as follows:
F. Carrying a pistol.
No person shall carry any pistol concealed on his
person, except in his place of abode or fixed place of business,
without a license therefor as hereinafter provided.
In no event shall any person be permitted to carry a
pistol in a tavern, or any establishment or portion thereof where
intoxicating liquor by the drink for consumption on the premises
is sold as the chief item of sale, whether or not such permit is
obtained.
APPROVED by the City Council on the first reading this
