AN ORDINANCE rezoning, subject to conditions, a lot located
at 2755 Clare Avenue, Bremerton, from multi-family (MF) to
Professional Office (PO).
WHEREAS, Les Fowler submitted an application for the rezone
of his property located at 2755 Clare Avenue, Bremerton,
Washington; and
WHEREAS, the Planning commission conducted a public hearing
on July 18, 1989, accepted public comments on this rezone proposal,
considered zoning options offered by City staff and the applicant
and considered all applicable criteria for the approval of a
rezone, as contained in Chapter X, Section 5-B of the Zoning
Ordinance; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held before the City Council on
November 1, 1989, to accept public comments pertaining to this
matter and to consider the Planning Commission's recommendations;
and
WHEREAS, the City Council agreed with the Planning
Commission's recommendation; NOW, THEREFORE,
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN:
Section 1. Amen4ment. The zoning for the property described
below is hereby changed from Multi-Family (MF) to Professional
Office (PO):
Lot 1, Block 2, Sheridan Park Addition, Volume
8 of Plats, pages 74 and 75, Records of Kitsap
County.
The official zoning map of the City of Bremerton is hereby
amended to reflect this change as shown in Exhibit "A" attached
hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
Section 2. Condition. That the following condition shall
apply:
That the City Engineering Department shall only
approve access for future development that
specifies right turn ingress and egress to the
property.
Section 3. Effective Date. This ordinance shall become
effective ten (10) days from passage and publications.
