~ ~ENDME~ rewiring that benefits and salaries for Legal
Assistant to the City Attorney's Office be set by employment
contract, and amending Ordinance No. 4160.
~EREAS, the positions of Confidential Executive Secretary to
the Mayor, Legislative Assistant to the City Council, Confidential
Office Assistant Senior to the Personnel Director and Legal
Assistant to the City Attorney's Office are non-management
positions and thus their compensation and benefits are not covered
by ordinance(s) prescribing benefits and compensation for
management; now, therefore,
THE CITY OF BREMERTON WES HEREBY ORDAIN:
Section 1. ~en~ent. Section 1 of ordinance No. 4160 is
hereby amended to read as follows:
EMPLOYMENT CONTACTS REQUIRED. Benefits, salary and a means
of salary adjustment shall be negotiated and included in individual
emplo~ent contracts for the positions of Confidential Executive
Secretary to the Mayor, Legislative Assistant to the City Council,
a~ Confidential Office Assistant Senior to the Personnel
department, and Leqal Assistant to the City Attorney's Office.
