W~EREAS, Kitsap Transit has initiated proceedings for vacation
of a City owned alley bounded by Callow Avenue, Rogers Street,
Wycoff Avenue, and Coontz Street consisting of approximately
7,200.00 square feet; and
W~EREAS, notice has been posted and published according to
law and a public hearing held on December 14, 1988; and
~EREAS, the Council finds that said portion of the alley as
set forth herein are not needed for present or future traffic
circulation and should be vacated to the adjoining property owner,
Kitsap Transit; now,,therefore
T~E CITY OF BREMERTO~ DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION ~. Vacation. The following rights-of-way are hereby
vacated to the adjoining property owner:
The alley platted within Block 9, "Charleston
Addition," Volume 1, page 2 of Plats,
according to the records of the Kitsap County
Auditor, Kitsap County, Washington.
SECTIO~ Z. Conditions. This right-of-way vacation shall be
subject to the following conditions:
1. Payment of compensation as established by the City
Attorney's office prior to second reading hereof.
2. Reservation of necessary easements for existing public
utilities.
SECTIO~ 3. Effective Date. This vacation shall become
effective ten (10) days from passage and publication.
