AN ORDINANCE vacating a portion of Charlotte Avenue abutting
Lots 21 through 28, Block A, Oyster Bay Addition.
W~EREAS, Ballweg-Robinson-Carlson Partnership, owner of
property abutting right-of-way platted in Block A, Oyster Bay
Addition, has petitioned the City Council to formalize vacation of
said right-of-way by operation of law; and
W~EREAS, the Council finds that platting and development of
this right-of-way meets the requirements of vacation by operation
of law; now, therefore
SECTION 1. The following right-of-way is hereby vacated
without condition or reservation of rights:
Lots 21 through 28, Block A, Oyster Bay Addition, as recorded
in Vol. 2, pg. 63, of Plats of Kitsap County, WA, except
Kitsap Way.
APPROVED by the City Council on the first reading this
