AN ORDINANCE declaring the need for condemnation of a
parcel of land in and through certain real property
for the purpose of constructing a public street for
the City of Bremerton.
THE CITY GOUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN:
SECTION 1: That for the public health, safety and welfare
of the citizens of the City of Bremerton, said City is entering
into a program to construct a street in the Gity of Bremerton,
Kitsap County, and has caused to be prepared general and
specific plans therefor.
SECTION 2: To accomplish the said improvement, it is
necessary to acquire a triangular area of rea! property to be
used as right-of-way across the real property described in
Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein by this
reference, and it is further necessary to acquire a temporary
construction easement across an additional five feet (§') of the
abutting real property for the above right-of-way.
SEGTION 3: The City Attorney is hereby authorized and
directed to proceed immediately with the condemnation of the
above-described property in the Superior Court of the State of
Washington in and for Kitsap County.
APPROVED by the City Council on the first reading this

Description for the R/W taking:
A portion of the following described property:
The north 70 feet of lots 17, and 18, Block ll, L.$.
Rowes First Addition to Town of Bremerton, according
to plat recorded in Vol 3 of Plats, PG 2, in Kitsap
County Washington.
Said portion described as follows:
Beginning at the northwest corner of the above
described property; thence east along the north margin
of llth Street a distance of 22 feet; thence south
parallel to the east margin of High Ave a distance of
2.5 feet; thence southwesterly along a straight line
to a point on the east margin of High Ave, said point
being 22 feet south of the point of beginning; thence
north along the east margin of High Ave to the Point
of Beginning.
Description of Easements
The north 20 feet and the west 20 feet of ~he
