AN ORDINANCE declaring the need for condemnation of a
parcel of land in and through certain real property
for the purpose of constructing a public street for
the City of Bremerton.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN:
SECTION 1: That for the public health, safety and welfare
of the citizens of the City of Bremerton, said City is entering
into a program to construct a street in the City of Bremerton,
Kitsap County, and has caused to be prepared general and
specific plans therefor.
SECTION 2: To accomplish the said improvement, it is
necessary to acquire a one foot (1') strip and a triangular area
to be used as right-of-way across the real property described in
Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein by this
reference, and it is further necessary to acquire a temporary
construction easement across an additional five feet (5') of the
abutting real property for the above right-of-way.
SECTION 3: The City Attorney is hereby authorized and
directed to proceed immediately with the condemnation of the
above-described property in the Superior Court of the State of
Washington in and for Kitsap County.

Beginning at the southeast corner of Lot 40, Moudy's
Subdivision of the southeast quarter of the northwest quarter
of section 14,~ township 24 north, range 1 east, W.M., in
Kitsap County, Washington; thence north 100 ft; thence west
132 ft; thence south 100 ft; thence east 132 feet to the
point of beginning; EXCEPT the east 20 feet conveyed to the
City of Bremerton by Auditor's File No. 316113.

property; thence east parallel to the north margin of llth
street a distance of 24.5 ft to the TPOB; thence north

curve to the left said arc having a radius of 22.5 ft and a
central angle of 98 a distance of 35.34 ft to the west

thence along the arc of a curve to the left, said arc having
a radius of 17.5 ft; and a central angle of 90" a distance of
27.49 ft; thence east parallel to the north margin of
