AN ORDINANCE pertaining to the sales of cars, trucks,
motorcycles and R.V.'s (new and used) which amends Ordinance
No. 4172 (Bremerton Zoning Ordinance) by changing the
permitted use as a P.U.D. to an allowed principle use in GB
zones.
WHEREAS, the City Council adopted the Bremerton Zoning
Ordinance in November 1988; and
WHEREAS, currently the sale of cars, trucks, motorcycles and
R.V.'s is permitted in a general business zone only as a Planned
Unit Development (PUD); and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the PUD requirement is
inappropriate and sometimes results in inappropriate and sometimes
results in the creations of nonconforming uses; now, therefore,
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN:
Section 1. Amendment. Ordinance No. 4172, Chapter V, Land
Use Table 5 is hereby amended according to Exhibit "A" attached
hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
