Section 3.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN:
SECTION 1:
Section 3 of Ordinance No. 3622 is hereby amended by
adding the following:
(6) In the event that the applicant is granted a license,
the applicant shall be required to immediately update its
application when there is a change in any of the informational
items listed in Sections (1) through (5) above. The failure of
the license holder to update its application upon a change in any
of the above items will result in a violation of Bremerton
Municipal Code Sections 5.50.080 and 5.50.120.
APPROVED by the City Council on the first reading this

PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton, signed
by the Mayor and attested to by the City Clerk in authentication
