AN ORDINANCE amending Ordinance No. 3745
to redefine "running at large" and "under
control."
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN:
SECTION 1:
Section 2 of Ordinance No. 3745 is hereby amended to
read as follows:
(9) "Running at large" means to be off
the premises of the owner and not under control
of the owner or other competent person authorized
by the owner.
(10) "Under Control" means the animal is on
a leash or under voice and/or signal control when
off the premises of the owner.
APPROVED by the City Council on the first reading this

PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton,
signed by the Mayor and attested to by the City Clerk in
authentication of such passage this ~ day
