Section 30, redefi~ning the term "Lot'i~
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN:
SECTION 1:
Ordinance No. 1792, Section 30. is hereby amended
as follows:
LOT - A platted or unplatted parcel or parcels of
land abrtting upon and accessible from a private or public street
sufficiently improved for vehicle travel, or abutting upon and
accessible from an exclusive, unobstructed permanent access
easement, which is sufficiently improved for vehicle travel~ A
lot may not be divided by a street or alley.
APPROVED by the City Council on the first reading this
14th day of March, 1984.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton,
Washington, signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk
in authentication of such passage this ~ day of March, 1984.
