amended by Ordinance No. 3859 and Ordinance
No. 3950 establishing rates and charges for
sanitary sewer service.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN:
SECTION 1. - SECTION 1 OF ORDINANCE NO. 3824 AS AMENDED BY
ORDINANCE NO. 3859 AND ORDINANCE NO. 3950 IS AMENDED TO
READ AS FOLLOWS:
A. The charges and rates for sanitary sewer
service shall be as hereafter provided, and
shall be adequate to provide for the costs
of bond redemption, bond interest charges,
construction of new facilities, and mainte-
nance and operation of the City sewer system.
B. Sewer service charges are payable from the
date the property is connected to the sewer.
C. Sewer service charges will be levied on the
basis of water metered to or wastewater
metered from the premises.
D. Each sewer bill shall consist of:

a. The minimum monthly charge for operation
and maintenance shall be as follows:

Single Family 1.75/Account
Multii'Familv .57/Account Plus
1.18/Res. Unit

Co,~ercial II .57/Account
PSNS Rate defined in service contract
Jackson Park Rate defined in service contract
Eastpark Rate defined in service contract
KCSD#1 Rate defined in service contract
The minimum monthly charge for residential
customers includes 200 cubic feet of waste-
water per residential unit.
b. The volumetric rate for operation and
maintenance shall be as follows:

Single Familv 0.76/HCF
Multi-Family 0.76/HCF
Commercial I 0.76/HCF
Commercial II 1.09/HCF
PSNS Rate defined in service contract
,Jackson Park Rate defined in service contract
Eastpark Rate defined in service contract
KCSD#I Rate defined in service contract
For residential customers the volumetric
rate shall be applied to metered water in
excess of 200 cubic feet per month per
residential unit.
2. CAPITAL CHARGES AND RATES
a. The fixed monthly charge for capital costs
shall be as follows:

Commercial II 6.61/Account
Minimum monthly charges shall include
200 cubic feet per month per account
or residential unit as applicable.

Multi-Familv 1.92/HCF

Commercial II 3.13/HCF
Volumetric rates shall be applied to
metered water in excess of 200 cubic
feet per month per account or residen-
tial unit as applicable.
The rate set forth in this ordinance shall
be effective for service received on or
after January 1, 1986.
APPROVED by the City Council on the first reading this

PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton,
Washington, signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk
