AN ORDINANCE repealing Ordinance No. 3166, §2 and ~,
o~<k Ordinance No. 3638, §1 which are superceded by RCW
46.61.024 making fleeing and eluding a police officer
a Class C felony.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN:
SECTION 1: Ordinance No. 3166, §2 and Ordinance No. 3638,
§1 are hereby repealed.
APPROVED by the City Council on the first reading this
day of September, 1985.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton,
Washington, signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in
authentication of such passage this c~ day of ~1985.
