for services and repealing Ordianance No. 3835.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN:
SECTION 1: General fund departments will bill City owned
water and wastewater utilities for services rendered by general
fund departments to the water and wastewater utilites. General
Fund Department heads shall develop a schedule of service fees in
accord with the cost allocation methods set down in Cost
Principles and Procedures for Establishing Cost Allocation Plans
and Indirect Cost Rates for Grants and Contracts with the Federal
Government (OASC-10). The City Treasurer shall review such fee
schedules to ensure that the various fee schedules accurately
reflect the direct cost of providing such services. On an annual
basis, the Department of Public Works - Field Services shall
review such rate schedules.
SECTION 2: This Ordinance repeals Ordinance No. 3835.
