AN ORDINANCE repealing Ordinance No. 2720, Ordinance
No. 2851, Ordinance No. 2030 and Ordinance No. 3847
relating to Municipal Court and Police Judge Pro
Tempor e.
WHEREAS, the foregoing Ordinances codified, respectively, at
B.M.C. 2.28 and 2.32 are covered by portions of the Revised Code
of Washington; and
WHEREAS, the Revised Code of Washington takes precedence
over the Bremerton Municipal Code; now, therefore
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN:
SECTION 1: Ordinance No. 2720 is hereby repealed in its
entirety.
SECTION 2: Ordinance No. 2851 is hereby repealed in its
entirety.
SECTION 3: Ordinance No. 2030 is hereby repealed in its
entirety.
SECTION 4: Ordinance No. 3847 is hereby repealed in its
entirety.
