ORDINANCE NO. ~970 TREASURER
AN ORDINANCE granting vacation of a right-of-way (Rainier
Bank) to the City of Bremerton.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN:
SECTION 1: That pursuant to a petition and hearing in
April, 1979 for vacation of right-of-way upon real property
described on the attachment designated Exhibit "A" and
incorporated by this reference, and the same is hereby granted,
subject to the following conditions:
1. Pursuant to RCW 47.24.020 and other
applicable laws and ordinances, Rainier Bank, as
subsequent applicant, shall pay the City the
appraised value of the property said sum being
Thirty Three Thousand Nine Hundred Fifty-One
Dollars ($33,951.00).
