THE CITY OF BRE~EI{~N DOES HEREBY ORDAIN:
SECTION 1. -SECTION 1 OF ORDINANCE NO. 3824 AS AMENDED BY ORDINANCE NO. 3859 IS
A. The charges and rates for sanitary sewer service
shall be as hereafter prOvided, and shall be ade-
quate to prOvide for the costs of bor~ redemption,
bond interest charges, const~n~_ction of new facili-
ties, and m~!ntenance ar~ operation of the City
sewer syst~n o
B. Se~_r service charges are payable frcm the date the
property is connected to the sewer.
C. Sewer service char~es will be levied on the basis
of w~ter metered to or wastewater metered frcm the
premises.
D. Each sewer bill shall consist of:
1. OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE CHARGES AND RATES.
a. The minimum monthly charge for opera-
tion and maintenance shall be as follows:
Single Family 1.62/A~count
Multi-Family 0.53/Account Plus
1.09/Res. Unit
Cc~m~_rcial 1 0.53/Account
~cial 2 0.53/Account /
PSNS Rate defined in service contract
Jackson Park Rate defined in service contract
East Park Rate defined in service contract
KCSD#1 Rate defined in service contract
The rain/mum monthly charge for residential
custcmers includes 200 cubic feet of waste-
water per residential unit.
b. The volumetric rate for operation and
tenance shall be as follows:

The fixed capital charge for customers
