a parcel of land in and through certain real property
for the purpose of constructing a public right-of-way
for the City of Bremerton.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BR~qERTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN:
S~2T/ON 1: That for the public health, safety and welfare of the
citizens of the City of Bremerton, said City is entering into a program
to construct a right-of-way in the City of Br~merton, Kitsap Councy, and
has caused to be prepared general and specific plans therefor.
SECTION 2: To accc~plish the said improvement, it is necessary to
acquire an easement across the real property described in Exhibit "A"
attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference.
SECTION 3: The City Attorney is hereby authorized and directed to
proceed inm~diately with the cond~-~-~tion of the above-described property
in the Superior Court of the State of Washington in and for Kitsap County.
PASSI~ unanimously by tt~ City Council, Citer of Bremerton, s±gn~ by
the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such passage
