AN ORDINANCE amending the use and a~ maps of Ordinance
17~2 upon application o£ rezone from R-I to ~-2 and subject
to various requirements an~ other applicable laws and
regulations. (Home Builders Association of Kitsap County.)
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Bremerton has heard
testimony on the rezone of the property at the southwest corner
of Auto Center Way and Bruenn Street, Bremerton, Washington, and
has reviewed the record and findings of the Bremerton Planning
Commission; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has adopted the findings and
conclusions of the Planning Commission;
NOW THEREFORE, THE CITY OF B~MERTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN:
SECTION 1: That the use and area maps of Ordinance No.
1792, are hereby Mended in conformity with Title IV, Chapter 1
thereof, as follows:
Subject property:
Those portions of the former right of way of State
Highway Route 3 (Primary State Highway No. 21), known
as Kitsap Way, together with the connection between
Adeie Ave. and Bertha Ave., the widening for Marine
Drive, that easement recorded under Auditors File No.
658723, and that easement recorded under Auditors
File No. 363704, those portions of the temporary
right of way of said Highway known as Arsenal Way,
the DC3 Line right of way of said Highway, the RB3
of way of said Highway, the Brentwood Drive Cul-de-
,~'~Sac and Pedestrian Walkway right of way of said
Highway, the CE3 Line right of way of said Highway
and the CD Line right of way of Said Highway, all as
shown hatched on Exhibit "A", being sheets 1, 2, 3,
4, 5, and 6 of 6 sheets of that certain map of
~ ~ _._.-~efinite location entitled Primary State Highway No.
21 (SR3), Bremerton to Kitsap Lake, and being sheets
2, 3, and 4 of 19 sheets of that certain map of
definite location entitled SR 3, Arsenal Way to
Chico, attached hereto and by this reference made a
part hereof.

BE AND THE SAME HEREBY is reclassified from Residential
District One (R-l) to Business District Two (B-2) subject to the
following conditions as set forth in Section 2:
SECTION 2: That the following requirement and other
applicable laws and regulations shall apply to the property
rezoned by this Ordinance and Ordinance No. 1792:

Future use and development of the site shall comply with
local, state and federal laws.
