of the City Council and amending Bremerton Municipal
Code §2.04.010.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN:
SECTION 1: §2.04.010 of the Bremerton Municipal Code is
amended to read as follows:
2.04.010 - TIME AND PLACE. The time and place of the
regular meeting of the City Council required by Charter shall be
he~d each Wednesday at five-thirty p.m. at the Council
Chambers, City Hall, Bremerton, Washington; as he~eto{o~e
provided, however, if such meeting day falls upon a legal
holiday, oF upon the same day that either a primary or
general election is held, or as approved by majority of the
Council, then such regular meeting shall be on the
b~s~ness day ~o~ow~ng rescheduled during the same week
followin9 procedures for setting a special meeting.
