#6.f.l(a) and 6.f.l(c) of Section 1 of Ordinance
No. 3875 amending Ordinance No. 3682, previously
amended by Ordinance No. 4096, relating to
conditions imposed on the rezone located at 5000

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Bremerton has heard
testimony on the Change In Land Use Restrictions on the property
at 5000 Kitsap Way, Bremerton, Washington, and has reviewed the
record and Finding of Fact & Conclusions of Law of the Bremerton
Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has adopted ~he Findings of Fact
and Conclusions of Law of the Planning Commission; NOW THEREFORE,
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN:
SECTION 1: That Section 1 Conditions ~ 6. f. 1. (a) and
6.f.l.(c) of Ordinance No. 3875 is hereby repealed:

SECTION 2: In place of the repealed sections, the following
conditions are hereby enacted:
A. Applicant/developer shall maintain a 12' landscaped area
the length of the site along Shorewood Drive, said
landscaping shall provide adequate screening for
neighboring properties. 635

B. The applicant/developer shall replace the six (6) dead
or dying trees.
C. All landscaping shall be maintained in a living state.
APPROVED by the City Council on the first reading this 7th
day of October, 1987.
