AN ORDINANCE amending Title 5, Business License and
Regulations and repealing ordinances susperceded
by recent enactments regulating Temporary Merchants,
Advertising Matters, Hotels/Motels, Bowling Alleys,
Skating Rinks, Theatres, Public Dances, Public
Amusements, Amusement Devices, and Shuttle and
Limousine Service.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN:
SECTION 1: A new section amending Ordinance No. 4032
(Temporary Merchants) is added to read:
Chapter 5.16 of the Municipal Code is repealed in
entirety.
SECTION 2: A new section amending Ordinance No. 4040
(Advertising Matters) is added to read:
Chapter 5.76 of the Municipal Code is repealed in its
entirety.
SECTION 3: A new section amending Ordinance No. 4041
(Hotels/Motels) is added to read:
Chapter 5.42 of the Municipal Code is repealed in its
entirety.
SECTION 4: A new section amending Ordinance No. 4042
(Bowling Alleys) is added to read:
Chapter 5.26 of the Municipal Code is repealed in zts
entirety.
SECTION 5: A new section amending Ordinance No. 4043
(SkatinG Rinks) is added to read:
Chapter 5.34 of the Municipal Code is repealed in its
entirety.
SECTION 6: A new section amending Ordinance No. 4044
(Theatres) is added to read:
Chapter 5.38 of the Municipal Code is repealed in its
entirety.
SECTION 7: A new section amending Ordinance No. 4045
(Public Dances) is added to read:
Chapter 5.22 of the Municlpal Code is repealed in zts
entire~y.
SECTION 8: A new section amending Ordinance No. 4046
(Public Amusements) is added to read:
Chapter 5.36 of the Municipal Code is repealed in its
entirety.
SECTION 9: A new section amending Ordinance No. 404?
(Amusement Devices) is added to read:
Chapter 5.80 of the Municipal Code is repealed in its
entirety.
SECTION 10: A new section amending ordinance No. 4048
(Shuttle and Limousine Services) is added to read:
Chapter 5.98 of the Municipal Code is repealed in ~ts
entirety.
