AN ORDINANCE amending the use and area maps of Ordfnance
1792 upon application of rezone from R-2 to LP and subject
to various requirements and other applicable laws and
regulations. (Wingo)

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Bremerton has heard
testimony on the rezone of the property at 1024 and 1028 Fourth
Street, Bremerton, Washington, and has rev iewed the record and
resolution of the Bremerton Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has adopted the findings of the
Planning Commission for Rezone application RZ-7-87.
NOW THEREFORE, THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN:
SECTION 1: That the use and area maps of Ordinance No.
1792, are hereby amended in conformity with Title IV, Chapter 1
thereof, as follows:
Subject property:
I&.9-a.l__D~12~iI2tiQD.l. Lots 9, 10, 11, Block 23, Town of
Bremerton, as per plat recorded in Volume 2 of plats, page
30. Records of Kitsap County.
BE AND THE SAME HEREBY is reclassified from Residential
District Two (R-2) to Limited Parking (LP) subject to the
following conditions as set forth in Section 2:
SECTION 2: That all applicable laws and regulations shall
apply to the property rezoned by this Ordinance and Ordinance No.
1792.
APPROVED by the City Council on the first reading this 15th
day of July, 1987.

Washington, signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Cl~rk in
