NO~ TBEREFORE, THE BRE~ERTON CIT~ COUNCI~ BEREB~ O~AINS AS
FOLLOWS:
~~ The property described in fxhibit A is~ hereby
annexed to and maOe a part of the City of Bremerton.
~~ All'property within t~e territory annexed s~all
be assesseO and taxeO at the same rate and on the same basis
other property of the City of Bremerton is assessed anO taxeG to
pay for any outstanding inoebtedness of the City contracted prior
to or existing at the date hereof.
~~_~ All property within the territory annexed shall
be subject to and a part of the comprehensive plan of the City of
Bre~erton has presently adopted or as is hereatter amenoed.
SE~ION 4~ The property within the territory annexed shall
be zoned R-1 pursuant to Chapter IV, Section 1601, part d o~ the
Bremerton Zoning OrOinance, as amended by Ordinance No. 2297.

approval, p~ssage and publication o~- this Ordinance.

Beginning at the intersection of the centerline of Trenton and
the westerly extension of the north margin of Holman Street;
thence east along said north margin of Holman Street to the east
line of the ?let of Trenton Avenue Small Homes Addition as
recorded in Volume 6, Page 31 of Plats of Kitsap County
Wa£hington; thence south along said east line to the southeast
