HomeMy WebLinkAbout4097 ORDINANCE NO. ~ AN ORDINANCE amending Ordinance N©. 4078, §10, §11 and §50, to correct RCW references, and §103, §104 and §105 to incorporate RCWs by reference. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN: SECTION 1: Ordinance No. 4078, §10, is hereby amended to read as follows: SECTION 10: Sending letter, when complete. RCW 9.01.13~0 is hereby adopted by reference. SECTION 2: Ordinance No. 4078, §11, is hereby amended to read as follows: SECTION 11: Definitions. RCW 9A.04.11~0 is hereby adopted by reference. SECTION 3: Ordinance No. 4078, §50, is hereby amended to read as follows: SECTION 50: Dealer's licenses, by whom granted and condition thereof--Wholesale sales excepted--Permits prohibited. RCW 9.41.11~0 is hereby adopted by reference. SECTION 4: Ordinance No. 4078, §103, is hereby amended to read as follows: SECTION 103. Escape in the third deqree--Penalty.
