Ordinance No. 3682 relating to conditions imposed on the
Seattle Realty rezone.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Bremerton has heard
testimony on the Change In Land Use Restrictions on the property
at 5000 Kitsap Way, Bremerton, Washington, and has reviewed the
record and resolution of the Bremerton Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has adopted the findings of the
Planning Commission contained in Resolution No. 807;
NOW THEREFORE, THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN:
SECTION 1: That Section 1 (5) of Ordinance No. 3682 is
hereby repealed:
