AN ORDINANCE rezoning property located at the
NE corner of Callahan Drive and Wheaton Way from R-1
to B-2, subject to conditions, and amending the
Zoning Map of the City of Bremerton.
WHERF~, the City Council of the City of Bremerton held
a public hearing on August 3, 1988, on an application for rezone
of Lots 1 and 2 Sheridan Park Third Addition, at the NE corner of
Callahan Drive and Wheaton Way, Bremerton, Kitsap County,
Washington, and has reviewed the record of the Bremerton Planning
Commission; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has adopted the Findings of
Fact and Conclusions of Law of the Planning Commission issued
July 26, 1988; now, therefore
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN:
SECTION 1. That the land use designation of the Zoning
Map of the City of Bremerton for the property described as:
Lots 1 and 2, Block 3, Sheridan Park Third Addition
to the City of Bremerton, as recorded in Volume
of Plats, records of Kitsap County Auditor, Kitsap
County, Washington.
is reclassified from Residential District One (R-l) to Business
District Two (B-2), subject to Section 2 below.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall not take effect until
the applicant has executed and filed with the Clerk a concomitant
agreement for recording setting forth the following condition:
1. In order to better ensure a protective
buffer of office development along Callahan Drive,
the uses and development of these two lots
shall be limited to B-2 uses listed in Exhibit "A"
attached hereto and incorporated herein by this
reference.
