AN ORDINANCE vacating a portion of Blaine Street KARS~ r~ ,iN
and adjacent rights-of-way. ~PC0UNTYAUDITOR

WHEREAS, Beatrice Stevenson, owner of property abutting
Blaine Street and adjacent rights-of-way, has petitioned the City
Council to vacate a portion of Blaine Street and adjacent
rights-of-way; and
WHEREAS, the City Council, following a public hearing on
the petition, determined to grant said petition; now, therefore
THE CI~ OF BREMER?O~I DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION 1: The following portion of Blaine Street and
adjacent rights-of-way are hereby vacated:
The N 1/2 of Blaine Street abutting Lots 1-5, and
unnamed street adjacent to Lot 1, all in Block 8,
Plat of National City, recorded in Volume 2, page 33
of Plats, Kitsap County, Washington.
APPROVED by the City Council on the first reading this

PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton this
