annexing utility properties adjacent to Gold Mountain
Golf Course and at Anderson Creek, and correcting
the legal description of said parcels.
WHEREAS, the City of Bremerton annexed certain
properties described in Exhibit "A," attached hereto, by
Ordinance 4119 passed on October 21, 1987; and
WHEREAS, said Ordinance contained an incorrect legal
description for one of the parcels which was patently erroneous
and inconsistent with correct site maps which were included in
the annexation notice, hearing, and approval process; now,
therefore
THE CITY OF BREMERTON HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION 1: Ordinance 4119, Exhibit "A" is corrected to
read as follows:
See Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein by
this reference.
APPROVED by the City Council on the first reading this
