~ AN ORDINANCE vacating a portion of Farragut Street K,:~,~ rL'~'J~N
~ abutting Lot 13 and the alley abutting Lots 1-5, K~TSAP COUNTY AUDITOR
~ Block, 6, Port Orchard Addition. DSPUTY
WHEREAS, Jack C. Matson, owner of property abutting
rights-of-way platted in Block 6, Port Orchard Addition, has
petitioned the City Council to formalize vacation of said
rights-of-way by operation of law; and
WHEREAS, the Council finds that platting and development
of these rights-of-way meets the requirements of vacation by
operation of law; now, therefore
SECTION 1: The following rights-of-way are hereby
vacated without condition or reservation of rights:
A. The South one-half of Farragut Street abutting Lot
13, Block 6, Port Orchard Addition, as per Volume
1 of Plats, page 97, records of Kitsap County,
Washington.
B. The alley platted adjacent to Lots 1 through 5,
inclusive, Block 6, Port Orchard Addition, as
per Volume 1 of Plats, page 97, records of Kitsap
County, Washington.
