AN ORDINANCE, amending the times of enforcement for residential and
commercial parking zone restrictions, and amending BMC Section 10.08.030.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN:
Section 1. Amendment. Bremertion Municipal Code Section 10.08.030is hereby
recodified as 10.11.080and amended to read as follows:
10.9°,0,.030 10.11.030 ENFORCEMENT EXEMPT PERIODS. Restrictions on
parking, as set forth in this chapter, shall not be effective on City holidays set forth in BMC
L~40:090~ 02 020 .... " ~.~.~:~:~_~,
or such additional days specifically exempted by Council resolution.
Enforcement in the -^~:'~^-':~' -~-":
........ 7 ...... ~ ......... 7, ...... m ....... p.m. commercial parking zones and two
hour residential parking zones shall be at times posted.
Section 3. Effective Date. This ordinance shall become effective ten (10) days from
passage and publication.
