AN ORDINANCE vacating a portion of an alley and Porter Street abutting Block
4, Port Orchard addition.
WHEREAS, Billy J. Buchanan and Elizabeth L. Buchanan, owners of the property
abutting Porter Street and the alley platted in Block 4, Port Orchard Addition, have
petitioned the City Council to formalize vacation of said fights-of-way by operation of law;
and
WHEREAS, The Council finds that platting and development of these fights-of-way
meet the requirement of vacation by operation of law; now therefore
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN:
Section 1. The following fights-of-way are hereby vacated without condition or
reservation of fights: A.F. #: q~5100~0027
REEL 0878 FR
The south 1/2 of Porter Street abutting lot 17 and the east 1/2 of the alley
abutting the north 20 feet of lot 16 and all of lot 17, Block 4, Port Orchard
Addition, according to plat recorded in Volume 1, of Plats, Page 96, in Kitsap
County, Washington.
