AN ORDINANCE accepting the conveyance of the property and assets of the
territory annexed by Ordinance No. 4115.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN:
Section 1. The City of Bremerton hereby accepts the conveyance of the property and
assets of the territory annexed by Bremerton City Ordinance No. 4115, previously known as
the Jensen Addition Water District, and as tendered to the City by the Jensen Addition
Water District Resolution No. 039.
Section 2. Effective Date. This ordinance shall become effective ten (10) days after
passage and publication.
