~ ORDIN~CE repealing Ordinance No. 4220 vacating
portions of Kitsap Way abutting lots 25 through 28, Block
A, "Oyster Bay Addition".
WHEREAS, the owner of property abutting Kitsap Way initiated
proceedings for vacation of a portion of said right-of-way
consisting of approximately 3,098.00 square feet adjacent to lots
25 through 28, Block A, "Oyster Bay Addition"; and
~EREAS, this right-of-way vacation was subject to the
condition that the applicant pay compensation as established by the
City Attorney's Office; and
~EREAS, the applicant has failed to pay compensation for the
vacation; now, therefore
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN:
Section 1. Repeal. Ordinance No. 4220 vacating portions of Kitsap
Way abutting lots 25 through 28, Block A, "Oyster Bay Addition" is
repealed.
Section 2. Effective Date. This ordinance shall become effective
ten (10) days from passage and publication.
