a~d a~e~ding Ordinance 4356.
WHEREAS, the position of Benefits Specialist is excluded from the General Employees
bargaining unit and is not included in the Management and Professional Staff Compensation
Program ordinances, and should be included in Ordinance 4356; now, therefore,
THE CI~ OF B~MERTON DOES HE.BY O~AIN:
S~tion 1. Section 1 of Ordinance No. 4356 is hereby amended to read as fo~ows:
EMPLOYME~ CO~~S REQUIRED. Benefits, sala~ and a means of sala~ adjustment
sha~ be negotiated and included in individual employment contracts for the positions of
Confidential Executive Secreta~ to the Mayor, Legislative Assistant to the City Council,
