Fund to provide a separate account for a mitigation
project; and amending Ordinance No. 4272.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN:
Section 1: ~men4ment. Ordinance 4272 is hereby amended by
adding a new Section 4.
Section 4: An account within the Waterfront Parks
Construction Fund shall be established for the boardwalk mitigation
project. Ail encumbrances and expenditures from this account shall
require the signature of the Mayor, one Council person and the
Project Manager.
