AN ORDINANCE amending Ordinance #3981 as amended by
Ordinance #4206 to authorize transfer of said franchise
from Olympic Cablevision Limited Partnership to Falcon
Video Communications, Limited Partnership.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN:
SECTION I: Ordinance No. 3981 as amended by Ordinance 4206 is
hereby amended to read as follows:
1. That any obligation, term, or condition not specifically
amended herein shall remain in full force and effect;
2. The franchise described in Exhibit "A" and attached
hereto shall be transferred from Olympic Cablevision Limited
Partnership; as "operator" to Falcon Video Communications, L. P.
3. The effective date of this Ordinance shall be ten (10)
days after passage and publication or at closing of the sale of
Olympic Cablevision, Limited Partnership to Falcon Video
Communications, Limited Partnership.
