AN ORDINANCE of the City of Bremerton amending Bremerton Municipal Code
Chapter 2.02, City Business Hours, to amend City Hall hours.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN:
Section 1. Amendment. Section 2.02.010 of the Bremerton Municipal Code is
hereby amended to read as follows:
2.02.010 CITY OFFICE HOURS. All offices of the City shall be kept open for the
transaction of business dug, ag for a minimum of nine hours scheduled between the hours
of seven-thirty a.m. and five p.m. of each business day from Monday through Friday of each
week, holidays excepted, unless amended by City Council resolution, and except on those
occasions when the Mayor determines that insufficient staff is available and the office shall
be open no less than eight hours to allow for lunch.
City Hall shall be closed on Saturday, Sunday and holidays.
Section 2. Effective Date. This ordinance shall become effective ten (10) days from
passage and publication.
