AN ORDINANCE of the City of Bremerton adopting RCW 46.61.517which allows
the fact of a person's refusal to submit to an alcohol test as evidence in a subsequent
DWI trial and adopting a new section to Chapter 10.04 of the Bremerton Municipal
Code.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN:
Section 1. New Section. A new section 10.04.032,STATE STATUTE ADOPTED
BY REFERENCE, is hereby added to Chapter 10.04 to read as follows:
10.04.032 STATE STATUTE ADOPTED BY REFERENCE. RCW chapter
46.61.517is adopted by reference and is included in the traffic ordinance of the City as if
set forth in full.
Section 2. Effective Date. This ordinance shall become effective ten (10) days from
passage and publication.
